Description

This is my first build, with some upgrades to the CPU, CPU cooler, Mobo, RAM, and GPU

Im coming from an i7-4790k, 8 gb of ram, and a GTX 970. The main reason why I upgraded was because a buddy of mine wanted to build a pc of his own. I ended up selling him the parts that I upgraded and he bought the rest of what he needed.

This computer is primarily used for gaming, and light video editing. It dominates every game that I throw at it. Temps are very low, even when I have multiple things plus games running at the same time.

My favorite piece has to be the case. This case is amazing. Cable management is a walk in the park, great airflow, huge side acrylic window that shows the entire build. One con of the big side window is that it scratches very easily, and fingerprints are a pain to remove. The NZXT Hue completes the build, I am a huge fan of RGB.

I plan on replacing all fans with NZXT Aer ones, and probably getting a slight bigger power supply, maybe a 750 just for safe measures. As of now, I am 100% happy with my PC, any recommendations are greatly appreciated, I'm always game for learning new things about the PC world.

Thank you all and hope you enjoyed!

Nice build! As for upgrading the power supply I think you are fine with your current power supply.

Looks nice! What SSD is that though? Its not in your parts list.

Is it just me, or does the Z170 wording in picture 10/12 look crooked?
