I have been doing a lot more 4K video editing and wanted to get back into PC gaming. So I decided to build my first ever PC. I have helped many friends throughout the days building their custom PCs so I decided to take a crack at my own.
First off, yes. I know the system is overkill. However I like to future proof myself and figured if I am going to build it, I will build it right and maximize the system. I figure with this setup I can edit whatever videos I want and game what ever I want without many limitations.
I will be posting a video up on YouTube with my setup soon and will link it here. I also plan to order custom sleeved white cables for my GPU power and possibly some of the others. I tried to keep the build much like my car, matte black and pearl white.
I did choose a ridiculous screen. I went with the 65" Samsung 4K SUHD curved TV (UN65KS8500F). Rather than multiple little screens, I chose 1 large screen. Mainly so I can have the enter screen running my 1080's in SLI and I could always double it as another TV if I ever wanted to.
Anyway, if you see something you like/dislike or any possible improvements please let me know. I am open to suggestions.
