This one of my demo RIGS.
Added build and custom part schematic
so many custom loops lately on PCPP....it almost brings a tear to your eye ;_:
I mean no offense because this build is really great, but why am I missing the wow factor? Could it be that I'm not a fan of red and black builds?
Regardless, well done. I only wish for more details in the description.
A true masterpiece!!!!!!!!! :D
So weird but... I love it.
I actually love this build very clean and I'm an ROG guy at heart... Kudos man on being featured!!
Awesome rig man! Love the color scheme :D! Also, have you overclocked that CPU yet? I'd imagine you'd get a crazy OC. I was able to get to 4.7 GHZ with an H100i. Hopefully you'll get lucky with the silicon lottery!
If this rig was a woman I'd treat her like the Queen of England if she was ever hot.
With much respect yet with sorrow because I know as a common man I'll never be able to have her </3
Where did you get the third hard drive cage from? I am trying to get a third one to install a third fan in the front, but cooler master has been continuously out of stock.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say it was probably on stock 2 years ago, which is when this build was made (according to Nespher).
oh, thanks. I didn't know that this was a 2 year old build.
Hi ! There is no third hard drive cage on that build, case is the stock windowed version, i just turned around the hard drive cage from front to side.
Thanks for the reply
This is like the best AMD build out there...
I'm weak for builds with custom liquid cooling loops like these. Nice rig!
Nice! I have a trooper case and formula-z also but with a FX-9590 CPU (problems freezing, going to 8350) and I'd thought about doing a custom loop in mine. Now that I see yours I'm inspired. Great job!
ALL OF THE WATER COOLING BUILDS. FOREVER.
On another, less obnoxious topic, are you considering hardline or rigid tubing. I think it would go great with an already ridiculously awesome PC. Also how's the noise?
Congratulations on your amazing computer.
I love the look of hard tubing, I'll probably use it on my next one :-)
That big boy is very quiet, I keep the fan and computer very clean that should help it staying that way^. The fan i used have a very cool feature, you can take in/out the fan pal from it base for cleaning, very handy.
I freaking love hardline tubing, I wouldn't recommend for your first loop but since you've already done go for it. You should get a Primochill Bender where you heat the tubing up and the put it into the machine and it automatically measures the degrees. Thanks for answering my questions.
Thanks for all your comment and cheer, i really appreciate you're all awesome guys thanks !
Building my first pc and just looking for input, my biggest concern is knowing if all the parts are compatible. Any parts I should switch out for the best performace?
Nice project you got there, i would check the RAM again the one your choose is not on the official QVL of the manufacturer (Qualified Vendor's List), though that dose not mean it will not work but it's a risk.
Here you got the full list: http://us.msi.com/support/mb/Z97-GAMING-5.html#support-mem
Always use the RAM manufacturer ID as reference when you check, like CMY16GX3M2A1866C9R in your case for corsair RAM).
Beast looking pc you built. Thank you so much for your input, I believe I chose the right ram for the motherboard this time around.
Hope my pc looks as bad *** as yours :)
Finally, a way to convince my buddy that the storm trooper case is good! 1+
Looks cool all lit up like that
Wow, just beautiful!
Only thing I would add to this build is combs for your pci cables. Other than that, great build!
Anything with CM Storm Stryker or Trooper rocks, mostly earns my vote. Well done :)
nice to see team red
Me thinks I like, but for the price of the build that AMD CPU is triggering me.
I'm not an expert on CPUs but won't that 8350 bottleneck a 980 Ti?
Not to mention, why not just save for the 980 Ti first and then assemble your build?
Your call. I suppose it makes sense if you need to save for a while after putting this thing together :) +1 because it's clean AF.
But since it's not using a 980ti (7970 it is) and since it was built 2 years ago to be on display according to the submitter I don't think that will be much of a problem.
8350 will not bottle neck a 980ti
haha. Were all drunk on computer pictures. :P
Where do I sign up?
+1 to that!!
I was thinking the exact same thing.
He says creativity and pictures. SPYCRAB ITS TIME FOR YOUR JOB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Got to give him credit for the schematic tho.
PC partpicker y u do dis.
Sorry for the lack of description, I'll try to get better at it. ;-) and Thanks Spycrab for the content writing I am very bad a it.
I've build that RIGS maybe 2 years ago for demo at my workshop, I need it to looks good and with no or very little modding of the case. In this build, only very easy modification need to be done by adding 2 parts, cut out of thin aluminum sheet (i added a basic schematic of it in the picture gallery, easy to find in any hardware store).
I am hand tailoring computer for years now and just wanted show some of my work, I am taking shot of most my builds, I will probably post more build with more description.
