Description

My wife and I just recently built a new house. The "office" is also essentially the entryway to the house, so I wanted to build a new, show quality, system to catch people's eyes as they come to visit. So, I began work on Blue Steel.

I use the machine for work (I'm a software engineer) and gaming. Just started working on the Overclock.

Thanks! I wanted to make sure my office didn't have just one look.

You're brand new and hit the ground running, but I will be honest, if your next build isnt titled Magnum or Le Tigre, I will be most disappointed.

I personally think XPOWER is where it's at but that's still a droolworthy motherboard

Does it bother anyone else that they called this build "Blue Steel" but used an MSI Titanium motherboard?

THIS SHOULD BE CALLED BLUE TITANIUM!!

Beautiful build regardless. +1 from me.

HaHa. Touche. I conveniently ignored that detail to profess my love for Zoolander.

Oh well in that case, this is more Magnum than it is blue steel. It's beautiful.

loving the color scheme you have here! does the case have that light built in because it looks pretty awesome in combination!! im looking at making an htpc for the same kind of "wow" effect when people come over

Thanks! The case has 1 built in light and it is that white, straight line that runs along the bottom there. It doesn't really do much to light up the interior though. The interior light is actually coming from a set of NZXT Hue+ LED strips. I stuck them along the left and top perimeter of the MB bay.
