Description

Another build for a local client who wanted to play COD MW, Apex, Escape from Tarkov, and GTA. He wanted plenty of RGB + Moddest specs.

These specs have plenty to power today’s modern titles, while also being able to stream using the RTX NVENC encoder.

The 2700x when locally priced at Microcenter is probably the best budget CPU on the market, with many X470/B450 boards going for a stellar price, like the Asus Prime X470 which can be had for $89.99 new with CPU Purchase at Microcenter.

The RTX 2060 KO Ultra is the best budget card under $300, with the 5700xt right on it’s tail.

A 1TB 660P NVME is perfect, with the client being able to add more SSD/HD’s down the road easily in the reasonably sized Matrexx 55 Tempered glass case. For the money spent, its hard to pass up this build quality for a budget gaming rig capable of also streaming and having all the flashy RGB he wanted!

Hey there, this is a wonderfully built rig! You have done a wonderful job putting thought into part selection, and its great to see a card such as the 2060KO being put to use here! :)

Many thanks - This build is so exceptionally clean for the price point, granted, the end user wants plenty of RGB! (lol)

Hi! How easy is this build for a total newbie (like literally knows nothing about building or parts)?

judging by the parts it looks easy enough, I would go for this personally.

Watch Linus Tech Tips (or any other tech YouTuber for that matter) on YouTube. Educate yourself on how to build before you drop a ton of money on parts.

I second the LTT how to build - if you're local to PA/Mid-Atlantic, I do build and meet clients, or i can ship!

Thirding LTT. Bitwit also has a pretty good in-depth tutorial on pc building.

This is a great build for the money I had a build like it but mines was 530.00 with a 1660ti instead and a 2600x that was 79.99 on sale at micro center

Bro I love this build.... Cause it's my build I made two days ago lol. Only difference is I went with the Corsair case and a 2060 Super. I did also add 4 Corsair light strips just for the overkill though.
