Description

Couldn't be happier with this build! Had to get that AIO through a private method because Gamerstorm isn't bringing the Castle 240 RGB to the US. It was a process, but worth the wait!

Used for gaming and movies.

UPDATE: I added two more fans to the front, and one to the rear.

Part Reviews

CPU Cooler

The most beautiful AIO on the market. Paired with excellent cooling performance, I highly suggest this product. When Deep Cool told me they weren't releasing it in the US, I was so disappointed! After a week of looking at other coolers, I said NO. I MUST HAVE IT. So I found a way and got it shipped to my house in the US! SO GLAD I DID.

Motherboard

Great overall performance. Would like to see some work done to the RGB software from Gigabyte, but the board itself is wonderful.

Memory

Best there is!

Looks: 10/10 Performance: 10/10 Price: 7/10

Case

This case claims to have 240mm rad support on top, but you'll find that your fans will be pressed up against your RAM. I had to get clever and find a way to top mount it. I wound up having to move the rad and fans forwards towards to glass side so it would clear the RAM. Other than that, the case is amazing!

The Deepcool Castle is coming to the U.S. However, we will have to wait as it is scheduled to be released in the U.S this month which could very well be the 31st lol.

--> See video description at the bottom of this video posted by Deepcool.

Turns out you were right. Just got an update from Deepcool's youtube channel today after commenting on a video. They will not be releasing in the U.S. If you could please hit me up via PM with the details of how you acquired yours including the total cost, I would really appreciate it.

I was SO MAD that they lied to me about it, I'm glad to find out it isn't coming here honestly.

The castle AIO looks amazing. Quick question, is the CPU block too wide for RAM clearance (like the kraken) or do you have it rotated just because? Awesome build!

It isn't a very big CPU block at all! I don't think you'd have any issues. JSYK it isn't sold in the US, just a heads up.

So THAT’S why I can’t find it anywhere! Thanks for the reply though.

What company did you use to ship the AIO

planning the same AIO +1 question tho: can it do pushpull config at front? do they provide the screw?

  • 1 point

What is “the screw”? Is there a specific screw you’re thinking of?

fan screw for pushpull on radiator

I’m not too sure... from what I know push/pull is just fans on both sides of the rad? The rad doesn’t have a second set of holes if that helps?

hey, awesome build! I'm also thinking of getting the Castle 240 and I have a gigabyte z370 gaming 5. Are you able to sync or change the colors of the AIO with the RGB fusion software? or through the BIOS?
