Before I read any of the comments, I figured 1070 SLI cause you already had one. Not sure why some people would rather assume you made a poor choice instead of assuming you already had a 1070, as the latter seems more reasonable.

but the 1070 in sli is nothing compared to the new titan single card...

In most sli supported games and in benchmarks 2x 1070 beats a single 1080ti by almost 10fps. Why the system is a Titan smasher.

but the 1080Ti and the Titan Xp are different cards. I said titan

Nvidia always screws over Titan buyers anyway. I'd always advise against buying them. This newest Titan is going to get outclassed by another card hundreds of dollars cheaper, just watch.

I bet the gtx 1170 will beat the 1080TI just like the 1070 bs the 980TI

The 2070 does not beat the 1080ti, unfortunately.

Just finished build with same case. Did you do 3 120mm fans in the front or 3 140mm?

I did two 240's with a 120 between the two. It says that it supports three 240mm fans in the front but I couldn't get more than two to fit.

yeah same here. i tried multiple ways. there was a guy that reviewed the case on amazon and said he was able to get 3 140mm's in the front and has pictures. But, he ended up using 3m tape for the top part of the top fan.

I really enjoy this build and after reading all the comments SLI all day every day is my opinion. Not sure if it is a Titan Smasher but is certainly will win the photo finish. :) +1 from me.

What fans will sync up with the water cooling you have?

I love the case, AIO, RAM, and mobo.

Why 2x 1070's instead of a 1080 TI? Why not double down on the STRIX RGB Aurasync-ey deliciousness?

I originally had a g1 1070 when it came out before the 1080ti. Most of the games I play except Forza Horizon 3 supported SLI so I figured "why not get a second one. Looks cool enough"

Behold the 1 are better than 2 comments in all its glory, aren't they beautiful majestic comments! Nice build man! Looks insane! I have the hyper 212 with 2 red sp120 I'm useing atm, had it sitting around to cool my i7 6700k and never got around to buying an aio lol it was free left overs from an old build so why not lol

This build originally started with a 212 actually XD. Temps where really bad at turbo speed. At least with a 360 rad I can hit 5.0GHz no sweat.

Ya it's not ideal, I run the sp120s at 100%, I need to find an aio soon

not to really hate on anything because I once owned a 1070 ( will be making another completed build, so my current one will say it has a 1070 ) and because the 1080 ti and the new titan Xp that came out, the 1070's in SLI are kinda not necessary anymore because of how ****** over the card is now. You'll get OUTSTANDING performance however compared to a more higher up single card, it wont be the same.

HOWEVER: I absolutely love the a e s t h e t i c s along with your part choices, like the CM V850? like I never knew that CM made PSU's so thats really cool that you have something that not alot of people know about, along with your CPU cooler, CPU and motherboard are really good choices for heavy gaming and possibly overclocking if you're into that.
