Description

I am using this for a simple home office computer. Very basic computer. I didn't include the monitors. I installed Windows 10 Pro on the 240GB ADATA SU635 SSD and Linux Mint 19.2 on the 512GB ADATA SU800 SSD.

Part Reviews

CPU

Fit perfectly into the CPU base on the motherboard. I am not overclocking, but it seems to run pretty cool. I didn't use the CPU cooler that came with it, at advice of a friend. I don't know if it would run hotter with the original cooler.

CPU Cooler

Runs smoothly and very quietly.

Motherboard

The mounting screws did not all tighten down well. I had to use different screws.

Case

Spacious case for the setup I did. No issues with crowding. The front of the case was a little difficult when adding the DVD R/W.

Power Supply

Good power supply and could be installed either fan up or down. I decided fan up. Power cables were nice length without being too bulky.

Haha! Yes. One of the hard drives has a Windows 10 Pro Installation. But, I don't use IE. I use Chrome. The other hard drive contains Linux Mint. I use Linux more than Windows, but some work applications only work on Windows.

did you need to have another gpu when setting it all up or did the 450 work out of the box

The GPU on the Ryzen worked out of the box for the motherboard. I didn't have to add another GPU.

I used some screws from an old computer in my garage. I don't know the size, they just fit.
