Description

This is my first PC build! I was using an ASUS laptop for years but I wanted better performance and always regretted getting a laptop instead of building a desktop. So I put all my money from my part time job to build this. Was a lot more than I expected since I live in Canada.

I wanted a pastel pink case but I couldn't find any still available to buy so I got this white corsair case and painted it pink with car paint, and it turned out great! I love it.

I am going to add 8 more gb of ram once I get some more money but I'm very happy with the performance. I originally wanted to get a geforce GTX 1080 but I couldn't afford one so I went with the RTX 2060, which gives me awesome fps in games. I knew nothing about building a PC when I started planning it so I'm very proud that I was able to pull this off on my own. (shoutout to joey delgato on youtube for teaching me all I needed to know) I'm also going to add in a sylveon figure that will be arriving from ebay some time from august to september. I wanted a white monitor, but I also wanted 144hz, and this is the cheapest one I could find, so I'm not too upset about it not matching my build colors.

I'm also waiting for a pink keyboard to arrive from newegg and I'll purchase a mouse pad and new mouse some time in the future.

Let me know what you think! keep in mind this was my first ever build though, please :) (don't mind the external hard drive in the pic I was transferring files over lol) I wanted to add more pics of my desk but I dont have a nice keyboard or mousepad yet and its very messy so I will add more in the future.

Personally, I'm more of an AMD guy, but this is something I would be perfectly willing to build myself.

You watch Joey Delgado - this is an exact replica as his 1000$ pc build

Nothing bad about it - it is a good choice and Joey is great but he has not posted in along time.

This is an awesome first build - excellent job here. If you have some frame rate hitches on certain games install another 8GB to fix.

I notice Razer has some Quartz Pink products out. I quite like the aesthetics.

Thank you!! I have been noticing a bit of hitch sometimes--not enough to bug me that much as it only lasts less than a second but I plan on installing another 8 GB soon! I love the quartz series but it was a bit too expensive for my budget (i kinda ran out of money after the monitor) so I went with some cheaper similar products that are pink. I actually mostly game with a controller so I didn't feel like I needed to go all out on a keyboard. I do love that series though, they're the perfect color.
