Also wanted a smaller case which the Fractal Design C came out perfect.

EVGA GTX 1070 has been OC with Core clock +215Mhz, and Memory clock +550Mhz, with max temps on 70C
I was able to achieve +235 and even +255, with +260 it crash the bench marks and Core clock go to approximately ~2120, but come back to ~2050, 2080 so I lower it to +215 on Core. Memory haven't try getting it higher but that was pretty good where I got it on.
5/17/2016 CPU, haven't OC yet, looking for time to OC it and be able to test it uninterrupted, so I can monitor it. (looking forward of spring break to may be do it.)
CPU cooler pretty good, idle at ~27C, <30C, and Max out at ~58, ~62. Decide Push pull, just why not. but I don't know who temps are with only one fan. I put both of them at the same time so... well it looks good and temps are good. Since I have both I keep fans at 10% and still keep temps at ~27C idle, and 55% ~60C full load. So I have headroom to OC.
Fractal Design C is really silent on Idel, on Load it make some noise but barely noticeable.
Great CPU, have it for almost a year now, and finally had chance to OC it. Manage to get this little thing and OC of 4.6Ghz with 4.3 Cache using 1.330V Later set it to offset +90 which keep my CPU stable. If I had a AIO I would try to push it harder but that seems for me to be the sweet spot for now.

got like 3C to 5C decreases on CPU using push pull
